Stichting KIO
Great fit for our needs
"We came into contact with Infodatek Group in 2021" told Frank van Beek, care manager at Stichting KIO.
"At the time, we were looking for another party to manage our IT environment. After talking to a number of parties, our choice fell on Infodatek Group. They showed us their Modern Workplace (predecessor of Digital Care) at the time and it completely matched our needs.
After an almost silent transition from the old system to the Modern Workplace, we now have a modern and extremely flexible system which is also top-notch secure."
Stichting KIO
Intensive care in small groups
The acronym KIO stands for "Kind in Ontwikkeling - In English: Child in Development." Stichting KIO was founded in 2001 by parents of a disabled child who could not find suitable care. After an initial phase, care for a small group of children was started in August 2003. For a long time now, Stichting KIO has not only been there for children; the youngest client is 2 years old and the oldest is well past 60.
Stichting KIO offers small-scale and demand-driven care for children and (young) adults with a mental disability, physical disability, Autism Spectrum Disorder or a combination thereof. The foundation employs about 150 people at 10 locations.
"What particularly appeals to us when collaborating with Infodatek Group are the short lines and clear way of communication. We are really taken care of and can therefore fully focus on our own operations. You also notice that security is a high priority at Infodatek, which is very important for all companies, but certainly also for our foundation. We work a lot with client data and it is essential that it is stored securely and not accessible to unauthorized persons. In addition, the people at Infodatek are always there for us and that gives a nice and familiar feeling."
