Who we are

We are the party behind RentMagic (www.rentmagic.net), the versatile software platform for the rental industry! Besides the development of RentMagic, we also provide on-boarding, training, support and everything that comes with it. So from A to Z.

The position

As a Software Consultant (medior/senior) you will work on the on-boarding of RentMagic at our customers. From your role you will also support the software team, because you are also the key translator between clients (or end users) and the development team. In this way you also make an important contribution to the further improvement of our product and its add-ons.

It is important to have a communicative attitude and together with an account manager you will work to serve the client in the best possible way. When a project is completed, you can of course also get involved in an after-care stadium, after all, a software solution like RentMagic always keeps evolving even with a client.

Besides understanding the software well and being able to set up certain processes correctly, it is at least as important to be able to do a good analysis with a client. Where are the possibilities and how do we set up RentMagic? Thinking along and advising the client is so important precisely because, in addition to a good software system, the client also needs the right advice and the accompanying project support. Our experience shows that every customer is different. In one organization, everything is well structured and the procedures are already in place, while another organization needs all this support.

What we require

• You have a relevant bachelor degree (HBO level) or comparable through work experience and multi-year experience in a relevant context.
• You have experience with all kinds of business processes.
• You can work independently, but you can also work well in a team, including with externals.
• You have a creative, innovative and incisive personality who can look critically at existing structures and processes.
• You have an "agile" way of thinking and you can also think out-of-the-box.
• You also pay attention to the social aspect of work and enjoy interacting with clients.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English and your writing is up to par.
• French and German are a plus.
• You are well versed in T-SQL or equivalent database language.
• You have experience with reporting tools, e.g. Crystal Reports.
• Having experience with Microsoft PowerBI is a plus.

Gross salary indication: 3,220 Euro - 6,477 Euro (depending on experience and classification at medior or senior)
