    Who we are

    We are the party behind RentMagic (www.rentmagic.net), the versatile software platform for the rental industry! Besides the development of RentMagic, we also take care of implementation, training and everything that comes with it. So from A to Z.

    The position

    As Lead Software Engineer, you will collaborate on the continuous improvement of RentMagic, both in its foundation and functionality. From your role you take care of supporting and leading all developers. All of our developers have their own qualifications and you will ensure that you deploy the team in the best possible way. You have a key role in the technical improvements and innovations of the product. You also make an important contribution to the further improvement of the architecture and the development methodology.

    In addition to your programming knowledge, we find it very important that you have leadership skills. Offering a helping hand and supporting developers in making choices and setting priorities are daily topics.

    What we require

    • You have a relevant study at HBO/WO  level (bachelor degree) and multi-year experience in a relevant context.
    • You have programming and/or software development experience.
    • You have experience with full-stack software development (.NET preferred).
    • You have a creative, innovative and incisive personality who can look critically at existing structures and processes.
    • You have an "agile" way of thinking and can also think out-of-the-box.
    • You have leadership experience (at least 2 years).
    • You are communicatively strong and flexible.

    Gross salary indication: 4,140 Euro - 7,100 Euro (depending on experience)
