To offer you remote assistance, we use TeamViewer. By using this tool, we can quickly switch gears and help you where needed. After opening TeamViewer and providing our employee with the necessary information, it is possible to watch the screen with you. Be careful with sensitive information, close any necessary windows or applications first.
